I have over twenty five years experience as an attorney and counselor at law. I am a member of the Vermont Bar Association as well as having been President of the Franklin Grand Isle Counties Bar Association. My general law practice is before all Vermont State and Federal Courts and includes Personal Injury and Accidents, Workers' Compensation, Divorce, Child Support and Family Law, Trials and Appeals, Consumer Law, Corporations, Partnerships and Business Law, Real Estate, Boundary Disputes, Social Security Disability, Wills, Probate and Zoning. I pride myself on treating each client's case individually and with particular personal attention to detail, communication, and successful outcome. I also believe in making sure that I am as accessible as possible to my clients and so, for example, I always answer my own phone whenever I'm in the office.

There is no charge whatsoever for an initial consultation or office visit. Furthermore, certain cases may be taken on a contingent basis so there is no fee payable until your case is successfully resolved. My office is centrally located on Main Street in St. Albans (click here to see interactive map at bottom of page), serves all of northern Vermont, and has convenient hours, including evening and weekend appointments as well as free parking.
